Outrun Parkour Summer Camp: Adventure Awaits!

Dive into an action-packed summer with Outrun Parkour's Outdoor Summer Camp, tailored for young Outrunners aged 10 to 15.

This four-day camp, led by our amazing instructors, is perfect for those eager to explore both urban and natural settings while improving their parkour skills. Engage in a mix of structured challenges, embedded games, and dynamic activities like chase tag, all designed to enhance agility, courage, and creativity.

Activities and Learning:

  • Parkour Movements: Learn the essentials of outdoor training.
  • Diverse Environments: Train in both urban structures and natural landscapes to navigate different challenges.
  • Embedded Games and Chase Tag: Participate in exciting games that improve quick thinking and physical agility.
  • Advanced Challenges: Tackle more complex parkour maneuvers that encourage creative movement and problem-solving skills outside of the gym.

Participant Requirements:

Age range: 10 to 15 years
Suitable for novice to intermediate skill levels, it's recommended if the student is under age 13 that they have level two lesson experience at Outrun.

Because outdoor training requires some experience coaches will need to confirm experience after you purchase the ticket.  If it's found that there is not enough experience then you will be notified and refunded the full ticket price within 72 hours of purchase.

Instructors:

Led by Olof Wood, a legacy coach at Outrun Parkour and a World Chase Tag champion, alongside Lana Knell, who brings her extensive experience in parkour education and safety. Together, they create a safe, engaging, and highly educational experience that encourages students to push their boundaries and explore their potential.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate athletic wear
  • Durable sneakers with excellent grip
  • A bicycle capable of traveling on dirt trails for diverse training locations and helmet 
  • A backpack with a packed lunch to sustain energy throughout the day
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Snacks for additional energy
  • Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection
  • Personal medications, if necessary
